Terms & Conditions

All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are based on information provided by the client prior to engagement.

Any changes to the scope of work after project initiation may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

The client is responsible for providing timely access to all necessary platforms, accounts, and information required to complete the work.

Axelr8 reserves the right to pause or reschedule work if required access or information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-party tools include but are not limited to Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zapier, and any other software required to deliver the agreed scope of work.

Axelr8 does not cover, reimburse, or include any third-party licensing or subscription fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in the proposal.

Axelr8 is not liable for any changes, outages, pricing adjustments, or feature modifications made by third-party platforms.

All prices quoted are in USD and exclude VAT, sales tax, and any other applicable local or regional taxes.

The client is responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

The deposit amount and payment schedule applicable to each project will be specified in the individual proposal.

Project timelines begin only after the deposit is cleared AND all required access and information has been provided by the client.

The remaining balance is due as specified in the individual proposal.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable regardless of circumstance.

Each project includes a maximum of 2 revision rounds within the agreed scope of work.

Revisions beyond this limit will be scoped and charged separately at Axelr8's standard rate.

A revision is defined as changes within the original agreed scope. New requirements or additional features are considered out of scope and will be quoted separately.

Project timelines are a shared responsibility between Axelr8 and the client.

Delays caused by late feedback, missing information, or lack of access from the client's side will result in a revised timeline.

Axelr8 will communicate any timeline changes as soon as they are identified.

Axelr8 treats all client data, business information, and access credentials with strict confidentiality.

Client data will not be shared with any third party without explicit written consent.

The Client hereby appoints Axelr8 as its authorized agent to create, configure, and manage third-party Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) accounts and subscriptions (the “Platform”) on the Client’s behalf.

The Client provides explicit authorization for Axelr8 to bind the Client to the Platform’s respective Terms of Service during the account setup and implementation process.

The Client acknowledges that the CRM or chosen software platform is a third-party service independent of Axelr8.

The Client agrees to be independently bound by the Platform’s specific Terms of Service.

The Client remains solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable marketing, anti-spam, and data privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR or local regulations.

Axelr8 provides professional configuration and consulting services only. Axelr8 does not warrant that any third-party platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Axelr8 harmless against any third-party claims, legal actions, or damages arising from the Client’s use of the Platform.

Axelr8 bears no liability for any data breaches or security incidents originating from the Platform’s own infrastructure.

In no event shall Axelr8’s total liability exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific project phase to which the claim relates.
